Does it sound like a robot?
It speaks in a natural Australian voice and talks like a receptionist, not a "press 1" menu. Hear it for yourself at the free demo before you decide.
Can I still take calls myself?
Yes. Your phone rings as normal. TradieRing only picks up when you choose: when you don't answer, when you're on another call, or after hours.
What if it's urgent?
You tell us what counts as urgent for you, like a burst pipe, no power or a lockout. Those calls get put through to your mobile, and you get a text either way.
Do I need a new number?
No. You keep your number. We set up a divert on your phone, and switch it back if you leave.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. It's monthly, plus a one-off setup fee. Stop whenever you like. We give you the price after the demo, once we know your calls.
Which trades is it for?
Plumbers, sparkies, builders, chippies, roofers, painters, locksmiths, landscapers, cleaners. Anyone whose phone rings while their hands are full.
Are calls recorded?
Yes. Calls are recorded and written up so you can check what was said. We don't sell or share them. More in our privacy policy.
