These are the basic terms for this website and for TradieRing. Each tradie also gets a short written agreement when we set TradieRing up for them, and that agreement wins if anything differs.

Who we are

TradieRing is a product of Kavosh, a Melbourne business run by Kamyar Karimi as a sole trader. Contact kamyar@kavosh.com.au.

The service

• TradieRing answers calls diverted from your number, takes the caller's details and texts you a summary. It can text back missed calls and put urgent calls through to your mobile.
• It is billed monthly, plus a one-off setup fee. There is no lock-in: you can stop at the end of any month, and we help you switch your divert back.
• Prices are quoted in writing before you agree to anything. The demo is free.
• Phone networks, call diverts and AI can fail or get details wrong. Check summaries before you act on them, and keep your own phone as the final word on urgent work.

Your part

• Give us accurate details about your business, services, area and what counts as urgent.
• Use TradieRing lawfully, including telling us if you need callers to hear a recording notice in a particular way.

Consumer law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
